Who we are
Wanamaker is a Digital Asset Management platform based in the Netherlands. Contact: info@wanamaker.eu.
No tracking, no cookies
This website places no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar services. No cookies are stored in your browser via this website.
Because no tracking takes place and no cookies are used, a cookie banner is neither required nor present. This is a deliberate choice in line with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.
No external requests
This website loads no external scripts, fonts or images from third parties. All files are served from our own infrastructure, hosted in the Netherlands or the European Union. Visiting this website sends no data to external parties such as Google, Meta or CDN providers.
Contact
There is no contact form on this website. Contact takes place by email: info@wanamaker.eu. If you send us an email, we process your name and email address to reply to your message. We do not retain this data longer than necessary and do not share it with third parties.
Legal basis for processing
Processing your email address and name upon contact is based on legitimate interest: responding to a request you submitted.
Retention periods
We retain email correspondence for a maximum of two years, unless an ongoing business relationship justifies longer retention.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted. Send a request to info@wanamaker.eu. We respond within four weeks.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy if our practices change. The most current version is always on this page.
